Cancellation

If you have pre-registered and cannot attend the conference, you must send us written notice
of your cancellation and request for refund. (please email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The
date of cancellation shall be the date the written request is received by the conference chair.
Please provide the name of the registrant cancelling, you will then receive details on the
procedure.

Cancellation Fees:

1. Through Sunday, May 28th: 80% refund
2. Before Tuesday, June 10th: 50% refund
3. After Tuesday, June 10th: no refund granted
